Helivrah processes account information, communications, work submissions and technical information to provide and protect its private workspace. Access depends on assigned permissions.

Google Drive integration

When authorized by an operator, this integration creates, reads, updates and deletes app-created or explicitly authorized Drive files for private data preservation and recovery. It does not request unrestricted access to unrelated Drive files.

Selected data is encrypted before transfer for this integration. Authorization credentials are retained to perform authorized operations. Google processes files and service metadata under its own policies.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. Its use is limited to the disclosed operations. Access may be revoked through the operator's Google Account; revocation does not itself delete existing files.

Retention and deletion are managed by the operator. Contact us for access, deletion or privacy enquiries. Website connection logs may be processed for operation and security.
